Great service. We enjoyed it very much.

The Lily did not fail us to have a wonderful and memorable Christmas family reunion. The place was great and cozy. Every room was stately designed and decorated. The pool was very inviting and definitely enjoyed by our kids. It was just few steps away from the beach. Although, we haven't tried any water activities available that time but we were satisfied watching the fingerlings swim and were delighted to touch the starfishes near the shore.

This resort doesn't just provide an awesome place but an excellent service as well. They have efficient and trustworthy staff to whom i am very grateful... we were immediately notified when they found a wallet after our check out and was returned to us with no single cent lost. Overall, The Lily deserves more than a five star rate for providing a great place and great service. Highly recommended.

Very courteous and excellent service is observed all the time. I would definitely want to come back. It went far and beyond expectations esp. during the accident on one of our colleagues. The pool was great as it was kept clean always. The beach however was very stony and had a lot of sea urchin. But of course, it' s beyond our control.

I have been to many resorts, bed & breakfast places, and hotels throughout the world but it is the first time for me to be in a place where I immediately felt relaxed. I can't point to any one thing but The Lily made me feel good. The layout, aesthetics, and the museum like pieces of art all blend together to make a wonderful sensory experience. I hesitate to say "good feng shui" or positive aura but The Lily exudes that "vibe" that induces you to just slow down and relax. It is wonderful. The beach had no pull on me at all. The service staff is courteous, efficient and gracious esp. Grace. At first we thought the pool was too small but the water temperature was good that we stayed for almost 4 hours. Batch '70 enjoyed the food and the accomodation. Your strength compared to others offering the same kind is the cleanliness of your place.

Ate Grace and Allan helped us in all our requests. They are very accommodating and nice. :) The house is equipped with all our needs. I just hoped that there's mobile signal w/in the vicinity. We love our stay! The kids enjoyed the pool and the volleyball court. The house is very unique and beautiful. :)

They are very helpful! Above expectation. From the room, pool, & the entire house is indeed very tasteful. We enjoyed our stay, although it was very short but every moment was wonderful.

Amazing! They were great—food was great. We had very minimal asks but they were very helpful all throughout. The house is beautiful. We just had a different expectation of the beach—we thought it was "swimmable." :( But the pool was fantastic. The kids enjoyed it a lot. The adults enjoyed the very homey feel of the house. Spacious and the furniture was exquisitely chosen and put together. The food was great and portion very very generous. The staff was very accommodating yet respectful of our privacy. The kids enjoyed everything which was the most important.

Very warm and hospitable. The caretaker, Grace was so friendly and approachable, she made us feel right at home. Expectations about the house was met. The beach was low tide when we got here, so it was a little different from the online photos. Ian is a very accomodating owner. Grace gets an extra-mile award from us because she goes out of her way to meet our requests. The food is awesome, the staff is friendly and approachable (but still gives us privacy). The "good service" term is underrated. We received the BEST treatment! We didn't expect such treatment and they definitely went beyond our expectations! Kudos to ma'am Grace and team! All expectations met! Just the pool. Better if it's cooler but overall, we were all satisfied! Especially when we lost electricity, it was brought back seconds after since they have their own generator! How cool is that!? We can't express how much positivity and beauty could we use to describe this humble abode. The food was superb! More than the amount we expected! PLS ORDER LECHE FLAN!!! Do more advertising so more people would know! This place is definitely a catch! The best catch!! Experience + ambience + hospitality = BEST!

Sir Ian has been very accommodating from the day I inquired up to the day we stayed at The Lily. We were assisted by the very cheerful & friendly Ms. Grace, the moment we arrived at the venue. Every part of the house is Instagram worthy! :) We were all mesmerized, the moment we saw the place. My colleagues and I didn't talk to each other for a good 15-20 minutes, as we were all busy exploring the place, and took a lot of selfies! This is a home away from home, indeed! We enjoyed every minute of our stay here, and we're hoping to be back soon! You can ask Ms. Grace to cook food for you... it's highly recommended, she cooks delicious food! Her version of adobo is a must try!  

Ate Grace & family are prompt on our needs. They're very accommodating and friendly. The resort has all the things we need. We particularly appreciated how fully equipped the kitchen is. The Lily's interior is a feast in the eyes! We enjoyed it's collection of artworks! We literally took pictures in every corner! The pool is a plus! Snorkeling in the middle of the sea was so much fun! Moreover it felt a home for awhile. Thanks to Lily's staff and Ian!

Alan and Grace are very accomodating, helpful & friendly. It looks to us like their main goal is to make every guest happy. Apart from the beach, everything else were beyond our expectations. The accomodation, service, amenities w/in the property were perfect. Although the beach wasn't too inviting. Our family was bent on having a restful weekend. The Lily was just the place for this much longed for rest to happen. Kids didn't mind the "no internet", "no phone signal" & "no TV". The whole place was conducive for family tete-a-tete and different forms of bonding. Staff service is great! Ate Grace & Kuya Allan were kind enough to assist us in anything that we forgot to buy in the market. Kuya Allan even helped my mom grill. And of course, Ate Grace is just wonderful. The place was very nice. Facilities were complete—great for big groups. The pathway to the beach can be improved (i.e. sweep the trash out of the way), but we didn't really need to go to the beach to enjoy our stay because The Lily itself was very nice already! We loved our stay here. It has been very relaxing, especially me who needed to get away from the busy city life. We were only a group of 3 but the whole place was reserved only for us—which we didn't expect. Overall, we are very pleased since the moment we arrived! We'll definitely come back in the future.

Extremely friendly, attentive, and responsive. They treated us like family. The house is BEAUTIFUL and such a delight. We relaxed the minute we arrived. We LOVED your place—you can make a story out of the artworks, the furniture. Each one clearly chosen with care and love. It's always a joy to stay at someone's home that is so generously shared!

Very welcoming and accommodating.  Facilities are first class. But please put vidae & mosquito repellent. Put hot water in your CR.  We enjoyed our stay.  The house is first class. Hope we can get  a discount next time. :) Staffs are very accommodating. You'll feel like it's your house that you're staying.

Attentive to (our) needs.  I guess the photos of the place (especially the pool) didn't meet the expectation BUT upon having stayed it wasn't small at all. The house was lovely.  Clean and well-maintained.  You'd think at first that the lack of TV's signal was an "excuse" for bonding but it was an effective way to really bring us together.  What started as an inconvenience made so much sense.  Lovely house and efficient staff. The only con maybe is the beach, but other than that it's great. :) 

(The service) was great.  They were very alert and responsible.  The house is wonderful.  We truly felt like we were home and that we are relaxed.  The interiors is well-maintained.  We like how the house had a fusion of Filipino and Spanish design.  We had so much fun.  We enjoyed the pool.  We will never forget the experience.  The house is spacious, it's beautiful and comfy.

Excellent!  The place is so nice but it gets too hot in the evening.  Aircon/electric fan for the common area. The Lily is so nice! Would recommend! 

They are very accomodating especially during the brownout last night.  Ms. Grace was very accomodating on assisting us on the beach.  The place was very nice, although the aircon on the bunk room was a bit hot. Ate Grace is very helpful.  She even got us a boat and cottage near the beach.  The house is very pretty, but the pool was too hot.  We love it but we should stay longer next time.  Thank you for accommodating us even on short notice. 

Warm and friendly staff. We appreciate their hospitality and how they take care of our needs and requests, even solemnly answering the most candid of questions ("Ate Grace, are there really zombies in there?"). :)   The Lily was everything the website described, a quiet and charming home away from our respective homes.  The Lily is truly a calming escape from the hustle and bustle of the metro.  Our wonderful stay here gave us a chance to recharge and enjoy the company of family.

Initially we were expecting all rooms could be used as this was what we understood from the website.  We hope you could specify that there will be one room w/c will be unaccesible for reservations of 1-15 pax.  But we're satisfied that Grace allowed us to use the other room as well.
